Villa Imperial is situated in a quiet area of La Barranca within the exclusive Casa De Campo resort on the Southestern coast of the Dominican Republic. The villa itself is surrounded by lush palm trees teaming with coconuts. Colorful native Carribean plants and flowers add to the beauty of the oversized private grounds.

Without a villa on either side, guests can relax in a beautiful yet private setting and let all of their worries and stress melt away in the warm Carribean sun. The oversized crystal clear pool provides a refreshing oasis along with the shaded cabana bar which protrudes into the middle of the pool and provides a great area for entertaining. Just beyond the terrace are impeccably manicured lawns for children of all ages to play. At dusk, meet for drinks on the terrace and watch the sun descend gracefully over the horizon. Outdoor landscape lighting creates a magical back drop perfect for entertaining. Then, as night fall arrives, enjoy a memorable candle-lit meal under the moon and stars prepared by your own private chef and staff at one of two separate outdoor dining areas of your choice.

The villa comes fully staffed with housekeeping, a professional chef and butler, with daily service for breakfast, lunch, (dinner service extra) at the request of guests (renters supply food). Daily cleaning and linen and towel service are also included. Laundry and ironing services are also provided at a nominal fee to be arranged with the staff. The staff leaves in the evening, but arrangements may be made at an additional charge for them to work late for dinner service and/or stay overnight. Villa Imperial has five bedrooms. The master and two others are located on the second floor of the villa. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor pool side with full baths and additional private outdoor coral stone showers. There are two king bed rooms, plus three rooms with two double queen beds each provide versatility to accommodate couples, singles, teens, and kids. Each room is individually decorated, with colorful linens and stylish decorative touches, air-conditioning in all bedrooms, ceiling fans, cable television, large walk in closets, and private baths. The bathrooms are marble lined, all with double sink vanities and marble counter tops.
